2012 Resident Scientific Poster Session
The
Chicago Radiological Society
(CRS) is soliciting abstracts for
the 2012 Resident Scientific Poster Session, which will be conducted
from 4:30 - 6:00PM during the 2012 CRS Meeting, Thursday,
February 16, 2012, Room 500 Conference Center, Rush University
Medical Center, Chicago, IL.
Abstracts must be submitted online, and may have
been presented previously. Diagnostic Radiology, Nuclear Medicine
and Radiation Oncology topics are welcome. You will be notified
by email by Monday, January 30, 2012 if your abstract has been
selected for presentation.
The purpose of the Resident Scientific Poster
Session is to promote the inter-institutional exchange of information,
and provide an opportunity for residents to fulfill the scholarly
activity requirement of their residency programs.
Residents from the greater Chicago-area
The presentation
must be in poster format, maximum size 36x48 inches.
Electronic presentations will NOT be accepted. The Presenter will
give an oral summary of the project (4 minutes maximum) during
the session.
Residents from outside the greater Chicago-area
If the resident is able to travel to Chicago in person for the
session, the presentation may be prepared in poster format using
the directions listed above for “Residents from the greater
Chicago-area.” If the resident is unable to travel to Chicago,
the presentation should be prepared in an electronic format using
Powerpoint (Maximum of 20 slides total). The Powerpoint presentation
will be available for review during the session, but presenter
will NOT give an oral summary of the project.
