Nowhere does customer service shine more brightly or impact more negatively than in managing the registration process. It is one of the first interactions members have with association staff and can color their perception from there forward. Registration processes must be tailored to the resources available to the attendee and, where necessary, include levels of personal service to ensure their experiences start down a positive track.
Bacon-Hedland will provide the following services…
- Receive registrations by mail, fax, telephone and Internet and process the forms, sending a confirmation/invoice in return to summarize the individual transactions. Any additional standard information or instructions can be included as a "Fact Sheet", as can other promotional material or coupons for airlines, ground transportation, car rentals, etc.
- Provide, as requested, a variety of updated registration reports.
- Print badge stock and event tickets with the design approved by the client.
- Assemble registration packets containing badges, tickets and other materials.
- Coordinate on-site registration, employing adequate temporary registration staff, and providing computers and printers for on-site registration, badging and badge corrections.
